From the first time you hear Cecil sing a Memphis song, you’ll know he’s got it in his blood. Although not a native Memphian he embodies the Memphis spirit in all he does. From teaching local school children the music that made Memphis and the Mid-south to hosting a gospel radio hour, he’s doing it all while living out his goal of ‘bringing joy to others’!
